Candy canes are iconic symbols of the festive season. While the peppermint sticks were a favorite childhood treat, this martini version is much better suited for our grown-up palette. The vodka-based cocktail combines vanilla and peppermint flavors to recreate the essence of the holiday candy, and it’s all topped off with bits of crushed candy canes as garnish. Now that’s what we call dessert!

1.5 oz. Iceberg Vodka
1/2 oz. vanilla liqueur
1/2 oz. Peppermint Schnapps
1 oz club soda
Crushed candy cane
1-2 drops red or green food coloring

Combine Iceberg Vodka, vanilla liqueur, Peppermint Schnapps, and club soda in a shaker with ice and shake. Pour into a martini glass rimmed with crushed candy canes. Add food coloring and a small candy cane as garnish.
