Nature lovers Violaine and Gaetan planned a serene celebration in the Eastern Townships of Quebec, Canada. Bride Violaine prepared for the ceremony at her family’s lodge, which is nestled in the midst of a breathtaking fir forest, before heading to a nearby lake to wait for her handsome husband-to-be. Gaetan made a memorable entrance by paddling a bright red canoe (complete with pirate flag) to greet Violaine. The unique details continued as Violaine serenaded Gaetan during the ceremony, singing her vows while playing a ukelele! After saying–or singing–“I do,” the happy couple joined their loved ones for a delicious family-style feast in a reception hall adorned with animal decorations and flowers.
