Stephanie & Devin ~ Fiesole, Tuscany
Stephanie and Devin were engaged in Florence, Italy, so when it came to planning their wedding, the Dallas couple returned to Tuscany in the Spring for a magical destination wedding with their closest friends and family, organized by Tuscania Events. Their celebration was held at Castello di Vincigliata, a 600-year-old castle and wine-producing estate in Fiesole, a town located on a hilltop overlooking the city of Florence. From stone courtyards and blossoming orchards, to spectacular views of the rolling Tuscan hills and the city, this location boasted breathtaking photo ops captured by Edoardo Agresti.
Matteo & Olga ~ Venice
This Swiss couple were joined by friends from around the world for their destination wedding in Venice. Matteo held a sunflower to lead the group through the streets to the registry office at the historical Palazzo Cavalli, overlooking the Grand Canal. They then held a lunch reception on board a boat that offered guests scenic views of Venice and took them to Burano Island for photos and the bouquet toss. Photography by Luca Fazzolari.
Shannon & Edo ~ Florence
After four years of dating, traveling, running a wine business together and adjusting to the sharing of their lives between two cultures, Shannon and Edo fell deeply in love. They married legally in the spectacular city hall of Florence, Palazzo Vecchio in the elaborate Sala Rossa, with deep red velvet draperies and ornate gold decorations. After the full Italian ceremony, they shared an intimate lunch with parents and siblings at one of their favorite restaurants, Ristorante Oliviero, where a spectacular raspberry-covered wedding cake was served. Gabriella & Riccardo ~ Tuscany
This nature loving couple held their wedding in the backyard of Taverna di Bibbiano, a Tuscan country house surrounded by roses, lavender, rosemary shrubs and other aromatic herbs with a beautiful view of the Tuscan countryside and San Gimignano towers. An altar of suspended lengths of flowing fabric was set on the edge of the vineyard next to a field of lavender. Guests were seated on rows of rustic benches. A traditional Italian feast of antipasto and pasta was served al fresco with views of the countryside. Photography by Angelica Braccini.
