First course: Creamy potato and leek soup
One of our favorite things about winter is cooking (and eating!) seasonal comfort foods like a creamy potato leek soup. It can be cooked and blended ahead of time and reheated just before serving.

Second course: Composed salad with grilled fruits
Make an impression with a composed salad of grilled fruits, pancentta, goat cheese, pomegranate seeds and mixed greens served on an accent plate layered on top of the dinner plate.

A pork loin with dried-fruit stuffing will warm up any gathering. Try KitchenAid’s Everyday Easy Hard Anodized Roaster for evenly cooked meals and easy clean up. Serve with seasonal vegetables.

Dessert: Affogato with Sweet and salty chocolate bark
This dessert will delight guests and is super easy to make. The chocolate bark can be made ahead of time and served alongside Affogato; vanilla ice cream topped with espresso. For a high-quality, authentic shot of espresso, try the Nespresso by KitchenAid® machine with its simple loading system featuring an elegant, manual lever designed for use with Nespresso Grand Cru capsules. A powerful 19-bar pressure pump that ensures maximum flavor extraction from the coffee and the presence of a rich, delicious layer of creme. Serve in elegant crystal tumblers.

Happy Ending
Send guests home with one final token of thanks: a bouquet of adorable (and delectable) Ninutik [Maple Sugar] lollies. Handmade from pure Ontario maple syrup by husband-and-wife team Dianne Croteau and Richard Brault, these sweet treats make the perfect parting gift.
