Dana & John: Puttin’ on the Ritz
From the his and hers red-soled Louboutin shoes to the antique Rolls Royce limo, Dana and John’s NYC wedding was a glamorous occasion from start to finish. Ed Hafozov of Zorz Studios, with his flair for dramatic photography, captured it beautifully.
Dana wore a magnificent gown by Vera Wang complete with a bejeweled belt, a veil, and a long train, perfect for the ceremony in one of the grandest churches in Brooklyn, the Basilica of Our Lady of Perpetual Help, where Dana’s parents were married. John looked great too, in his Ralph Lauren suit and white Tom Ford bow tie.
The evening reception took place in one of Manhattan’s architectural masterpieces, Guastavino’s, with its soaring granite arches and catalan vaulted tile ceiling, located beneath the Queensboro Bridge. The towering table centerpieces and dramatic lighting enhanced the splendor of this gorgeous venue.
For a couple that have known each other since childhood, this fairytale wedding was just right.
