Bohemian Style Inspired by Desert Hues

Search “bohemian bride” on Pinterest and you typically see brides with flowy gowns and delicate, pastel flowers. Arizona-based photographer Suzy Goodrick and event planner Shiloh Kay had a different vision, inspired by the colors of the desert and its flora.

Floral designer Andy Castano designed richly textured wreaths and bouquets with an unusual combination of Seeded Eucalyptus, Spiral Eucalyptus, Smokey Bush, Sage, Purple Misty, Lemon Leaf, Millet, Safari Sunset, Sunflower Hearts, Wheat, and Agonis.

These stunning photos, shot in the desert near Phoenix, illustrate how well the look works for both a brunette bride wearing a loose, wavy down ‘do and white gown, and a bridesmaid in dark sage.__SuzyGoodrickPhotography_Angelic11_0__Suzy_Goodrick_Photography_Angelic5__Suzy_Goodrick_Photography_Angelic8__Suzy_Goodrick_Photography_Angelic22_Combined__Suzy_Goodrick_Photography_Angelic23 __Suzy_Goodrick_Photography_Angelic28
