Shake up some good lovin’ with these five cocktail recipes.

Chocolate and Cherry Crush

1 1/2 oz Luksusowa vodka
1/2 oz chocolate liqueur
1/2 tsp vanilla syrup*
1/2 oz cream
3-­‐5 cherries, pitted
Shaved dark chocolate and a cherry for garnish

Basil and Raspberry Smash

1 1/2 oz Luksusowa vodka
1/2 oz simple syrup
5 basil leaves
10 fresh raspberries
1/2 oz cranberry juice
2 fresh raspberries and a basil leaf for garnish

Creamy Concoctions
Amarula is a cream liqueur originating in Africa, where it’s produced using the African marula fruit. Amongst some tribes the Marula trees are known as ‘marriage’ trees and even today nuptials are conducted under their umbrella-shaped branches. The succulent summer fruit is a critical ingredient in Amarula and gives it its unique taste. Shake up these dreamy cocktails.

Amarula Obsession

1 oz Amarula Cream
1 oz amaretto
1 oz milk
1 oz creme de menthe
Chocolate shavings to garnish

Place all ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Shake with ice and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with chocolate shavings.

Amarula French Toast

1 1/2 oz Amarula Cream
1/2 oz rum
1/2 oz milk
Ground cinnamon and/or cinnamon stick to garnish

Combine Amarula, rum and milk over cracked ice in a cocktail shaker. Shake and pour into a glass. Lightly dust with cinnamon and swirl with cinnamon stick or straw.

Amarula Sunset

1/2 cup vanilla ice cream
2-3 tsp strawberry puree
Fresh strawberry to garnish

Blend ingredients and pour into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a fresh strawberry.
