How gorgeous are traditional Shinto wedding outfits in this shoot captured by photographer Andreas Avdoulos? Alan, a Canadian living in Japan, met Shizue, a sweet Japanese-Korean woman, when he moved there a few years ago for work and these are photos of their Shinto ceremony.  Alan and Shizue live in Yokkaichi, in Japan’s Mei Prefecture, and they will have a modern wedding in Canada in May 2013. In the spring, Andreas flew to Japan to photograph Alan and Shizue in the Shinto wedding outfits that they rented for the occasion. This stunning shoot took place in temples and gardens in and around Ise, Japan. Enjoy!
