Caesar salad makes a big statement when served in these delicious edible baskets.
2 cups fresh Parmesan cheese, coarsely grated
Line cookie sheet with parchment paper. Spoon cheese into piles on the sheet (two tablespoons per pile). Bake at 400 F for 10 minutes. Use a spatula to lay melted cheese over the bottom of a glass to form a small basket. Let harden. Fill with Caesar salad.
